People Operations Coordinator (Intake & Scheduling)
The Behavior Lab
Location: In-Person, Lubbock, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–4:30 PM)
Occasional evenings and weekends required for events

This role supports both intake and scheduling operations, playing a key part in ensuring families have a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry through ongoing services.
This position also supports community outreach and events, requiring strong communication and presence within the community.

What You’ll Do
Intake, Scheduling & Operations
Manage the intake process from initial inquiry through program start
Coordinate staffing plans by aligning client needs with technician availability
Build, maintain, and adjust client and staff schedules to support consistency of care
Communicate with families and staff regarding scheduling updates, changes, and next steps
Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
Track funder requirements and proactively follow up to prevent delays in services
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and scheduling systems
Support audits, intake KPIs, and scheduling efficiency metrics
Collaborate closely with Clinical, Billing, and Leadership teams to ensure aligned service delivery
Community Outreach & Events
Support outreach efforts and represent The Behavior Lab within the community
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Build relationships with families and community partners
Participate in occasional evening and weekend events as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
1+ year experience in intake, scheduling, customer service, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience in healthcare, ABA, or service-based environments is a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with event materials
Reliable transportation required for local travel, outreach, and events
