As our People Experience Specialist, you are an ambassador and a key operational architect of our culture. You will own the lifecycle of diverse people-products while proactively identifying new opportunities, ensuring every project is well-planned, communicated with impact, and backed by data to drive meaningful outcomes for both Bitso and Bitsonauts.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of people-products, including new hire's onboarding, anniversaries (Bitsoversaries), recognition, culture programs and campaigns, ensuring they are well-planned and drive important outcomes.

• Launch and analyze engagement surveys, turning raw data into actionable insights and polished presentations for the team.

• Manage and execute monthly Coworking days and EOY celebrations in our main hubs, ensuring a high-quality experience.

• Define and launch the communication strategy for PX initiatives, hosting key company events towards the employees, such as Company anniversary and EOY celebration.

• Identify and execute ad-hoc opportunities to enhance the employee experience while leveraging your expertise to drive core business priorities.

You will be a key member of the People Programs team, reporting to the People Experience and Development manager and in constant partnership with Learning & Development and internal communications, as well as the broader People Team to ensure our values are felt in every interaction.
