Your Key Responsibilities

We are moving into a brand-new open space in Milan—"Casa Lexroom"—and we need someone to bring it to life.

We are looking for a hybrid professional who is 50% Event Manager and 50% Office Manager. You will be the "host" of our new home. You won't just keep the lights on and the fridge full; you will work closely with the Brand Team to turn our office into a vibrating hub for the Legal Tech community through hackathons, podcasts, B2B meetups, and team-building activities.

1. Events & Community Activation (The "Brand" Side)

• Event Production: Plan and execute internal and external events within our spaces (e.g., Hackathons, Legal Tech Meetups, Podcast recordings, Team Aperitivos). You handle everything: logistics, catering, setup, and teardown.

• Brand Experience: Collaborate with the Brand Director to ensure "Casa Lexroom" always communicates our values. Every guest, from investors to candidates, must have a "wow" experience when walking in.

• Supplier Management: Use your network to find the best partners (catering, AV, DJs, gadgets) while managing the budget efficiently.

• Internal Culture: Organize team bonding activities (from foosball tournaments to retreats) to keep the team spirit high.

2. Office Operations (The "Space" Side)

• Space Management: Ensure the office is always functional, tidy, and welcoming. You are the point of contact for maintenance, cleaning, and safety.

• Procurement: Manage orders for office supplies, food & beverage, and merch.

• Front Desk & Welcome: Manage the flow of visitors and couriers, acting as the first face of Lexroom.

• Onboarding Support: Help HR set up workstations and welcome kits for new hires.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in roles such as Event Coordinator, Community Manager, or Office Manager in creative agencies, startups, or coworking spaces.

• Event DNA: You have hands-on experience organizing events. You know that cables disappear, catering can be late, and you always have a Plan B.

• Milan Network: You already know who to call for a last-minute catering or a specific tech setup in Milan.

• Operational Rigor: You are creative, but you are also organized. Spreadsheets and checklists are your friends.

• Personality: You are a natural "Host". You have high energy, you are empathetic, and you take pride in a well-organized space.

• Language: Fluent in Italian and English (we are an international scale-up).
