As a People Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping how employees learn, grow, and engage across the company. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people development, data, and technology


Requirements:
What you will do:

• Drive Company-wide Surveys
1. Support the full lifecycle of engagement, 360, and training feedback surveys — from setup and response tracking to insight analysis.
2. Build and automate feedback reports, identifying trends and translating data into actionable recommendations for leaders and people development initiatives.
• Run Regional People Development Initiatives
1. Develop engaging communication materials — posters, internal campaigns, and announcements that drive participation in training programs.
2. Coordinate learning sessions end-to-end: scheduling, participant communication, and logistics management.
Contribute to e-learning development by creating short modules, knowledge checks, and feedback systems that make learning interactive and impactful.
• Research & Innovate in Learning
1. Conduct research on emerging learning topics and digital training technologies aligned with business needs.
2. Evaluate external platforms, training partners, and government grants to scale learning opportunities efficiently.
3. Develop and maintain behavioral change tracking systems to measure training impact and link learning outcomes to real workplace performance.
• Perform data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to generate reports and insights supporting decision-making and audit requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Duration: 3-6 months.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Solid analytical ability and data sense — able to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Clear and structured communication skills; ability to frame problems and propose logical solutions.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
• Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in people development or people analytics.

Note - Hybrid role, 3 days a week in office for Kuala Lumpur–based candidates to collaborate with our Px team on ground.

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.
