We’re currently looking for a People, Culture & Safety Coordinator to support our teams across multiple construction sites in New Brunswick. This role blends human resources, organizational culture, and workplace safety, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is people‑focused, detail‑oriented, and passionate about building great work environments.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key support for our site teams, helping ensure smooth operations, engaged employees, and a safe, compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
Safety Leadership
Assist with safety program implementation, incident investigations, and ongoing compliance with safety regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and deliver engaging onboarding experiences.
Employee Support & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate training and development, and support a positive and respectful work culture.
Return‑to‑Work Coordination
Manage return‑to‑work and accommodation processes to support safe and successful transitions back to work.
Engagement & Culture
Help plan team events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives that strengthen connection and morale
What You Bring
Safety certification such as NCSO, CSTS, or CRST is considered an asset.
Post-secondary HR education or CPHR considered an asset.
Previous experience in HR, safety, or a combined HR/safety role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A strong communicator who builds trust and positive relationships at all levels.
Comfort working with HRIS, Safety Management Systems, and Microsoft 365.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
