Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Lead – People & Culture to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and people strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace while aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of People & Culture strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives
• Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce planning and talent strategies
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, and retention
• Design and implement policies, programs, and frameworks that enhance employee experience
• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
• Use HR analytics and employee insights to drive data-informed decisions
• Build and promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact people solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on People & Culture or Organizational Development
• Proven experience in leading HR strategy and driving culture transformation
• Strong understanding of talent management, engagement, and performance frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
