How You'll Shape What's Possible:
We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator / Resourcer for an 11‑month maternity leave contract, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of core People & Culture activities across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in enabling a positive employee experience through high‑quality coordination and administration across onboarding, learning and development, wellbeing, recognition, recruitment and general HR operations.
The role requires strong initiative, organisation and prioritisation skills, along with clear and professional written and verbal communication. This is a hybrid role, with 1 day per week based in our Sydney office, and will involve supporting teams locally and nationally as required.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Support recognition and culture initiatives, assisting with coordination, logistics and follow-up.
Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and support related communications and activities that promote a positive and safe workplace.
Provide administrative support for wellbeing-related resources and enquiries, escalating matters appropriately.
Provide coordination and administrative support for learning and development activities, including scheduling, communications and record maintenance.
Assist with maintaining training registers and compliance requirements (e.g., mandatory training) as directed.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities to support a smooth and compliant commencement experience for new employees.
Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate access, induction sessions and probation check-ins in line with processes.
Support offboarding processes and related administration to ensure timely completion of required steps and documentation.
Coordinate exit documentation, return of company property and system access updates in line with internal procedures.
Provide general HR administration support, including maintaining employee records and HR systems, preparing documentation and assisting with reporting as required.
Support the preparation of standard HR correspondence (e.g., letters, forms) and coordinate approvals in line with policies.
Support recruitment activities by providing coordination and administrative assistance across the hiring process, including scheduling, candidate communications and documentation management.
Assist with maintaining recruitment records and supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process.
Other duties as required.
The Knowledge You Bring:
Previous experience in an HR administrative or Resourcer role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in HRIS systems (BambooHR experience highly regarded)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
Experience in recruitment coordination
Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms
