About the Role

As a People Business Partner for our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) site in Le Trait, you will be at the heart of our transformation journey. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will serve as the essential link between local site teams and the broader People & Culture (P&C) objectives of our M&S organization in France.

You will partner closely with site leadership to drive meaningful change — from shaping the social climate and supporting organizational transformation, to developing talent and championing an inclusive culture. Working in close collaboration with France P&C teams (talent, people excellence, legal, and more), site managers, and key stakeholders, you will bring both strategic vision and operational excellence to everything you do.

This role calls for someone who is agile, people-centered, and genuinely passionate about making work better for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Lead Social Relations on site — manage relationships with employee representative bodies, oversee disciplinary processes in compliance with labor law, and ensure a high-quality, constructive social climate

• Coach and advise site leadership on People & Culture priorities and business strategy, supporting them in translating strategic goals into concrete people actions

• Drive organizational effectiveness by anticipating business needs, supporting transformation initiatives, and guiding change management efforts across the site

• Champion talent management — support succession planning, strengthen the talent pipeline, and advise managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities in line with Sanofi's talent strategy

• Promote Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by leading local programs and initiatives that foster engagement, belonging, and a strong Sanofi culture

• Support employee relations by partnering with P&C teams to navigate complex situations with care, fairness, and expertise

• Collaborate cross-functionally with France People Business Partners, P&C Centers of Excellence, and the Director of Social Relations for M&S to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

Who You Are

Experience & Background

• You hold a higher education degree and bring proven experience as an HR generalist, ideally gained in a fast-paced, complex, or international environment

• Experience in social relations / labor relations is a strong plus

• You have a solid business acumen and are comfortable working cross-functionally and in project mode

• You have a genuine interest in change management, organizational transformation, and people development

Languages

• French: Fluent (required)
