About the Role
We are looking for a People & Talent Advisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of People and Talent activities across the business. This role plays a critical part in supporting a globally distributed workforce, working across multiple regions, time zones, and employment models.

Key Responsibilities
People Operations Ownership
Own day-to-day People operations across onboarding, changes, and offboarding for a global workforce
Independently coordinate employment documentation with EoR providers, contractors, and external vendors
Maintain accurate, compliant employee records across HR systems and trackers
Act as the primary point of contact for routine People queries, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately
Recruitment & Hiring Operations
Own recruitment coordination from role kick-off through to offer stage
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and communications
Work closely with hiring managers across different regions and time zones
Maintain ATS accuracy and hiring trackers
Support offer preparation and onboarding handover
Performance & People Processes
Own the operational delivery of performance review cycles, including tracking, reminders, and documentation
Support engagement surveys and feedback initiatives end-to-end
Ensure People processes are followed consistently across regions
Compliance & Risk Support
Own People documentation and evidence required for audits and compliance checks
Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and GDPR compliance
Proactively flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as the operational People contact for managers globally
Coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, and external partners across multiple jurisdictions
Track actions, deadlines, and dependencies across People initiatives
Continuous Improvement
Improve templates, trackers, and documentation to support scale
Proactively suggest operational improvements in a fast-growing environment
Working Environment & Expectations

Works with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
Requires a high degree of flexibility, organisation, and proactive communication
Comfortable managing competing deadlines and ambiguity
Supported by clear escalation paths and Partner oversight
What This Role Is Not
No ownership of People strategy, workforce planning, or policy sign-off
No independent decision-making on employee relations outcomes, compensation strategy, or terminations
No board-level or executive advisory accountability
Ideal Profile
3+ years experience in HR, People Operations, Recruitment, or Talent roles
Strong experience running recruitment processes and People operations end-to-end
Experience working with multiple employment models (EoR, Employment, Contractor)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and remote-first environment
Highly organised, resilient, and execution-focused
Confident working across time zones with global stakeholders
Trusted with confidential and sensitive information
