Job Summary:
Creative Chaos is seeking highly motivated People & Culture Executive with a strong analytical & marketing background to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be a culture champion within the organization who is passionate about improving employee relationships through various initiatives & engagement activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to gather insights from various survey pertaining to employee lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction & retention
• Act as a culture champion within the organization to promote a positive work environment
• Develop & implement strategies to promote employee engagement & improve company culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop & execute strategies to promote HR initiatives and & engagement programs
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, provide insights & recommend solutions to improve employee engagement
• Manage employee surveys, focus groups & other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee engagement and job satisfaction.
• Assist with the development of employee communications, company-wide messages & company collateral.
• Assist in operational tasks related to associate lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• Atleast 2 years of related experience.
• Strong data analytics &interpretation skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR policies & best practices
• Ability to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision
• Should be a team player
