People are at the heart of everything we do at PwC, and our P&C Connect team is the operational engine room that keeps the firm running smoothly. As the frontline for P&C support, Connect delivers day-to-day people processes, documentation and coordination, partnering closely with employees, people leaders and the wider P&C team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across the employee lifecycle. Your day-to-day could include:
• Partnering with employees and people leaders as a trusted first point of contact for People & Culture queries, delivering timely, accurate and professional support.
• Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employee movements, ensuring smooth experiences and high-quality, accurate data across P&C systems.
• Preparing and maintaining employment documentation and variations, supporting compliance, consistency and risk management.
• Supporting People & Culture Advisors and Business Partners by coordinating activities, preparing documentation, collating data and assisting with people initiatives.
• Guiding employees and leaders toward self-service tools, resources and processes, improving efficiency, confidence and consistency across the firm.
