As a People and Culture Associate, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports our growing organization through efficient HR operations, accurate data management, and employee engagement initiatives.
You’ll maintain and improve HR systems, coordinate onboarding, manage attendance data, and provide responsive service to employees — all while learning the full scope of HR administration in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This role is perfect for an organized, service-oriented professional who’s ready to build a strong foundation in HR while contributing to a people-first culture.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Process timekeeping and attendance data for payroll
Support onboarding and offboarding experiences
Respond to employee queries and HR policy requests
Coordinate team events and culture-building initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
Experience or strong interest in HR administration
Knowledge of HRIS/timekeeping systems and MS Office
Understanding of basic labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential data
