About the role
You will provide administrative support to the People and Culture team and the Denver Technology employees. The focus will be on all aspects of HR, recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding employees, reporting and maintaining relevant registers. The position will require excellent inter-personal relationships in all levels of the organisation, address all HR/ER queries when needed and working alongside the People and Culture Manager on key strategic projects. This role will be 25 to 30 hours a week across 4 or 5 days.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Recruitment administration - advertising, organising interviews, updating recruitment within the HRIS and external websites, shortlisting, contacting candidates
Providing high volume P&C administration to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle; including but not limited to employee onboarding and offboarding; ensuring a positive candidate/ employee experience through all stages
Creating and updating policies, procedure and registers (weekly, monthly, yearly)
Participating in a variety of P&C projects as required
Provide prompt resolution to employee queries and/or direct to the appropriate team
Monthly P&C reports including ad-hoc reporting/tasks using SharePoint and Bambo HR
Be a proactive, key member in the development of the P&C function at Denver
Coordinate workflows within the P&C team
Provide other, ad hoc support to Denver and the P&C team as required

You will have:
Essential
High level skills in the Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of, and/or ability to learn SharePoint.
Knowledge in BambooHR or other systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion
Excellent data entry skills
High level of attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
Preferred
Qualification in, or working towards qualification in HR
Strong level of responsibility, accountability, hard-working and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive; ability to contribute to, and work in a team environment
Willingness to learn and develop P&C skills
