The role

We're looking for a People Advisor to align to our largest division — Operations — working closely with a senior HRBP on work that genuinely shapes the organisation.

You'll split your time between hands-on ER advisory and project ownership: change programmes, M&A integration, manager capability building. Variety, exposure, and impact — in equal measure.

What you'll be doing

🔹 Acting as the go-to expert for all ER matters — guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and credibility

🔹 Coaching people managers to build their capability, not their reliance on HR

🔹 Partnering with a senior HRBP to deliver on the Operations people plan

🔹 Owning project workstreams that drive meaningful change across the business

🔹 Using data and insight to make evidence-based recommendations

What we're looking for

✅ Solid HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle

✅ A track record of managing complex ER cases

✅ A coaching mindset — you build capability, not dependency

✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels

✅ CIPD qualified (Level 5 or working towards)
