Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker / Red Team Operator)

Avint is hiring a Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker / Red Team Operator) to support and protect critical systems within the HACS program at FRTIB HQ. In this role, you’ll conduct offensive security testing, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen system defenses across enterprise environments.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
• Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of network, application, and system security testing
• Ability to identify, exploit, and document vulnerabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
