JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements
• Ability to define reusable components and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture and guardrails
• Being a subject matter expert of the Pega technology and capabilities
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions 
• Experience in Operational Security Guidelines, User Access Roll Matrix, Risk Assessment
• Guiding the team through the implementation from design to deployment of a solution
• Support the functional design, ensuring optimal use of Pega systems functionality
• Maintain quality, performance and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Participate in meetings with various international stakeholders
• Mentoring junior Pega experts on project cadence and technology ramp up
• Works in conjunction with Product Owner to size, manage scope and Onshore/Offshore working
• Knowledge and ability to create technical and BPMN solutions for process automations
• Experience of business process discovery, analysis, modelling, and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work closely with IT and Business SMEs to assure constant compliance of strategic blueprints and architecture roadmap.
• Should be able to design multi-layer application architecture.
• Should be familiar with technology specific best practices.
• Has idea about app modernization.
• Extensive hands-on Service Oriented architecture.
• Should have basic idea of UX to guide the user and team.
• Comfortable with microservices/cloud architecture.

Required Skills:

• 10 + years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client server design/development
• 6+ years of experience with Pega BPM (at least as Lead System Architect role for 2+ projects)
• Must have designed and developed on Pega 8 or atleast 2 projects on Pega 7 platform
• Architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
• Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
• Dedication to a team-oriented environment with the ability to drive and lead by example
• Managing the integration requirements across different systems
• Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall
• Pega certification (Lead System architect) and Customer Service Exposure
• Ability to engage with customer effectively
• Very good communication skills
• Experience in Cloudification will be an added advantage.
• Creativity, dedication and "can do" attitude
