Requirements:
Experience:

• Relevant Experience: At least 12 years of experience delivering technology solutions with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Additional experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) is welcome, but core CDH experience should be over 12 years.
• Certifications: Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) or Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Relationships: Has existing professional relationships in Australia.
• Account Management: Able to independently handle accounts and client relationships for account growth.
• Targets: Can take on revenue and utilization targets for the practice within the APAC region.
• Development: Can develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and go-to-market offerings on CDH.
• Client Engagement: Conduct client workshops and pre-sales activities.
• AI Understanding: Understands AI and its application in decisions.
• Database Solutions: Proficient in working with multiple database solutions like Snowflake, Hadoop, Teradata, Databricks, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Cloud and AI Technologies: Able to work with cloud platforms and artificial intelligence technologies.

Subject Matter Expert (SME):

• Customer Engagement: Deliver best-in-class 1:1 customer engagement for clients using Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Integration: Implement integration with various channels including digital, mobile apps, outbound channels, and CRM systems.
• SaaS Applications: Integrate CDH with other SaaS applications like Salesforce and Adobe, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Tealium.
• Data Ingestion: Able to ingest both real-time and batch data into xCAR from on-premises and cloud data stores.
• Simulation and Planning: Good understanding of simulation, scenario planning, Business Operations Environment (BOE), decision strategies, adaptive models, etc.
• Upgrades: Capable of upgrading CDH versions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with teams from engineering, data, channels, analytics, etc.
