Job Title: Pega Architect

Duration: 4 Months

Job Description:
The System Architect will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documentation into a fully functional application that meets the user’s needs. The System Architect will be responsible for mentoring and empowering the application development teams. Meets with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements. Proposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements. Develops and / or engineers user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC. Develops standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components. Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources. Mentors business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity. Assists in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.
Required Skills PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives 7 years • PEGA PRPC Use Case Development 5 year

• Converting business into process flow 5 years

• Must have experience in PRPC version 7.1.x

• Candidates must be Pega Certified professionals (CSSA) with at least 5 years of hands on experience with live implementation in PEGA

• strong in PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners , UI design, Integration, Security Model etc.

• Experience in with full lifecycle pega implementations(preferably pega 7)

• Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise for providing top-notch customer experience.

• Perform regular code and design reviews.

• Experience in using performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts and PLA.
