Project – the aim you’ll have

Expectations – the experience you need

• React 18 (5+ years): Deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, rendering behavior, performance optimization, SSR patterns, and large-scale application architecture
• TypeScript: Strong proficiency with strict mode, generics, utility types, and enforcing type safety across a large codebase
• State Management: Hands-on experience with MobX (v5/v6) and understanding of server-state management using TanStack Query; experience with Redux
• API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and type-safe layers
• Real-time Communication: Experience working with WebSocket APIs for real-time data
• Styling: Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions such as Emotion; understanding of theming and style composition
• Component Libraries: Experience working with modern UI libraries (e.g. Ant Design, MUI, Radix UI)
• Data Handling: Experience with advanced table/data grid solutions (e.g. TanStack Table or similar)
• Architecture: Experience structuring applications using domain-driven design principles, clear module boundaries, and scalable patterns
• Server-Side Rendering: Familiarity with custom SSR setups (e.g. Express-based)
• Build Tools: Experience configuring and optimizing Webpack (v5+), including code splitting and module resolution
• Testing: Experience with Jest for unit testing and Cypress or Playwright for E2E testing
• Tooling: Familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, Stylelint, Git workflows, commit conventions, pre-push hooks, and CI pipelines
