Who You Are
A compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician committed to delivering equitable, family-centered care
A clear communicator who can build trust and rapport with children, families, and diverse patient populations

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, culturally competent pediatric care in a primary care setting
Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and acute care visits
Partner with families to manage chronic conditions such as asthma, ADHD, and obesity
Collaborate closely with behavioral health, dental, and social services to support whole-child wellness
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
Engage in community health outreach and advocacy as needed
Supervise and mentor residents, students, or other clinical staff as appropriate
Work across ChesPenn locations as needed to meet patient needs
Qualifications
MD or DO degree with completed pediatric residency
Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA and CPR/BLS certification
Commitment to community health and working with medically underserved populations
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
