About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient pediatric rehab team. In this role, you will provide individualized, one-on-one care to children from birth through 21 years old, creating treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
You’ll collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and fellow SLPs in a multi-disciplinary, supportive environment that values mentorship, professional growth, and clinical excellence. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions, ensuring continuity of care beyond the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech/language therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet developmental and functional goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in an outpatient rehab setting.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other SLPs for co-treatment when appropriate.
• Engage parents and caregivers in the treatment process, offering guidance for home practice and carryover skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state regulations.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong interest in pediatric care, from early intervention through young adulthood.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
