Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join our recruitment and growth marketing team. In this role, you will help shape Pearl’s internal and external communications by creating compelling content that informs and engages audiences. You will work cross-functionally to manage posting schedules, track performance metrics, and ensure messaging remains consistent with the company and founder brand voice. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy blending creativity with strategic execution.

Your Impact

• Drive Pearl’s brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Help improve engagement, reach, and follower growth through strategic content and campaigns.
• Contribute to the growth marketing team’s operational efficiency and social media strategies.
• Support initiatives that enhance candidate and client engagement, reflecting the company’s mission and values.

What You’ll Do:

Branding and Marketing campaings

• Prior experience handling LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms for a company and/or personal professional brand
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to tailor tone based on audience and platform
• Familiarity with tools for social scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting
• Basic understanding of key social media metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, etc.) and algorithms
• Bonus: Awareness of emerging trends and culture in the US startup space

Requirements:
