The PDN Operations Support Specialist supports the continuity of care by ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently while fostering collaboration across teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead strategic recruitment efforts for RNs and LVNs in alignment with organizational staffing needs.
Conduct initial screening with candidates and coordinate follow-up interviews with internal clinical team members.
Manage job postings across platforms and collaborate with HR to support the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and track candidate pipelines to optimize hiring performance.
Manage a caseload of up to 20 clients, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination of nursing services.
Schedule appointments with patients’ parents and nurses upon receiving authorizations.
Maintain and update nurses’ schedules and service needs.
Collaborate with nurses and authorization coordinators to maintain active service authorizations.
Assist with nursing payroll to ensure compliance with billing.
Ensure confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information.
Timely completion of assigned reports and tasks.
Recognize and report potential issues to appropriate personnel.
Foster positive, collaborative relationships with all team members.
Work independently with minimal supervision and seek guidance when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the business development manager or business development director.
