The PCB Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, testing, and reworking printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet quality and performance standards. This role requires strong hands-on soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities: :
• Perform hand soldering
• Assemble PCBs according to schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Inspect solder joints and components using microscopes and visual inspection tools
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework defective PCB assemblies
• Operate soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other electronic assembly tools
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
Requirements::
• 2+ years hands-on PCB experience
• Soldering experience
