PC Technician (29558)

IDEALFORCE has a Contract-to-Hire position available immediately for a PC Technician to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Categorizes, isolates, and resolves desktop problems
- Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls with help desk
- Implements software patches, security fixes, and tests and validates modified system configurations
- Ensures compliance with standards for systems software and documentation
- Monitors system reliability and availability
- Reviews configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines and policies
- Performs fault isolation by validating, isolating, and correcting faults, and verifying service restore with customers
- Monitors and manages user accounts, and maintains equipment
