Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Position:
Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on HR processing.

Your Tasks

• Maintain and further develop the employee master data in our HR systems
• Process payroll‑relevant data including working hours, absences and vacation times
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates and references
• Act as a contact person for employees and managers in payroll and HR‑related matters
• Handle communication with authorities, health insurance companies and external partners

What You Bring 

• Completed commercial education and several years of experience in payroll or HR administration
• Very good German skills (written and spoken), English is a plus
• Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll processes and HR administration
• A structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working style
• A confident, service‑oriented personality with strong communication skills

As an ideal JvM Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) you have a completed commercial education and at best you have already gained professional experience. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the employee database, recording working hours, absences and vacation times, and creating contracts, certificates and references.

You act as a contact person for employees and supervisors in personnel matters and are responsible for communication with the authorities and health insurance companies. You like to work administratively and convince with your self-confident appearance.
