Payroll Specialist (German Speaker)

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Payroll Specialist for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
• Handle payroll for your own set group of practices
• Update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
• Answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
• Assist with general telephone and written correspondence, e.g. health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
• Responsible managing official reporting and certification processes.

• Participate in projects (e.g. process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, etc.)

Requirements:
• You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or similar
• Solid professional experience in the above mentioned tasks
• Experience with Personio and DATEV (Payroll & Salary) would be considered as an advantage
• You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks
• You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working in a team.

• Fluency in German (C1) is a must.
