As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Payroll Officer.
Responsibilities
• Support in the collection and processing of payroll-related data
• Maintain and update employee personnel records
• Monitor and manage employee time tracking, attendance, absences, and leave requests
• Manage submissions and updates in the ERGANI II system (hiring, employment changes, work schedules, etc.)
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or other related fields
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Payroll software (SoftOne, EPSILON NET)
• Excellent knowledge of ERGANI system and of labor and insurance law
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
