Do you love the satisfaction of a smooth, accurate payroll run? Are you the person people turn to when they need clarity, support, or help navigating systems? And do you enjoy making processes feel simple, human, and easy?

We’re looking for a Payroll & HR Services Partner who brings together Australian payroll expertise, strong SuccessFactors/ HRIS capability, and a passion for creating great people experiences. You will partner closely with Datapay and our People Team to keep everything running seamlessly.

Are you up for this challenge?

In this role, you will:

• Payroll Ownership - Oversee the full payroll process, working with Datapay to ensure accurate and timely cycles, reviewing reports, checks, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards, and superannuation requirements.
• SuccessFactors HRIS Lead - Serve as the primary SuccessFactors contact, ensuring data integrity, managing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Champion People Experience - Provide clear, supportive guidance on payroll and related HR matters, creating an intuitive and transparent employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
• Analytics & Reporting (Viser) - Use Visier to generate meaningful insights and accurate reporting, supporting leaders in decision-making and maintaining consistent data across systems.

For this role as a Payroll & HR Services Specialist we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience in Australian payroll
• Exposure to outsourced payroll models (Datapay experience is a plus!)
• Solid HRIS capability — ideally SuccessFactors
• Experience working with a large employee payroll base*
• A people-first mindset with great communication
• Attention to detail, curiosity & continuous improvement mentality
• Comfort working with basic reporting and data in tools like Visier
