Payroll Associate | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Client specific roles and responsibilities:

• Checking timesheets for accuracy
• Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
• Handling direct deposit requests and data
• Process Weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all US employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Handle and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Coordinate with Onshore coordinators and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
• Assist in audits and provide records as required.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience in Payroll/Timekeeping

• BPO experience is a PLUS
• Proficiency in using MS Tools
• With Payroll software proficiency (ADP, Quickbook and Stafferlink)
• Must be detail oriented
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
