The Impact You’ll Make

As Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and on-time execution while actively contributing to payroll performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Finance and People teams to analyze payroll data, monitor performance metrics, and help drive measurable improvements in payroll quality, reliability, and scalability.

What You’ll Own & Drive

Payroll Processing, Controls & Performance

• Execute and support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate gross-to-net calculations, taxes, benefits, and statutory deductions

• Perform detailed payroll validations, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations prior to payroll close.Monitor payroll accuracy, timeliness, and error rates, contributing to defined payroll performance KPI.

• Prepare and support payroll reconciliations between payroll systems and the general ledger.

Payroll Performance, Reporting & Optimization

• Track and analyze payroll performance metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, adjustments, and rework.

• Identify trends, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

• Support the development and maintenance of payroll dashboards, reports, and performance reviews.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing payroll reliability and efficiency.

Compliance, Tax & Audit Support

• Support compliance with local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Prepare payroll data and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy, SOX, and internal control requirements where applicable.

Systems & Process Enablement

• Operate payroll and HRIS systems to process base pay, bonuses, commissions, and equity-related payments where applicable.

• Support UAT, system testing, and validation for payroll system enhancements or new implementations.

• Document payroll processes, controls, and performance standards.

Employee & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a subject-matter resource for employee payroll inquiries related to compensation, taxes, and deductions.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.

• Support month-end and year-end payroll close activities, including reporting and statutory filings

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll, accounting, or finance operations roles.

• Strong understanding of payroll accounting, statutory deductions, and tax withholdings.

• Experience measuring and improving payroll performance through KPIs and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Proven experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related financial reporting.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment
