Payments Solutions & Onboarding Associate

The Payments Solutions & Onboarding Associate will support the onboarding and maintenance of PSP relationships. This role involves managing documentation, coordination, and reporting across PSP due diligence, compliance, and integration activities. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow within payments and fintech operations.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of PSPs (NDAs, KYCs, DDQs, contracts).
• Track onboarding progress and maintain PSP contact and record systems.
• Prepare compliance and legal documentation for review.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, and Compliance for integration readiness.
• Update trackers, checklists, and performance dashboards.
• Support monthly balance confirmation checks by gathering PSP statements, validating against internal data, and assisting in reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation of confirmations and follow up on discrepancies with PSPs.
• Support post-go-live validation and data reporting.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects within the Payments Department.

Requirements:
• Understanding of KYC and compliance documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and general reporting tools.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within fintech.
