We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to advance in the position of Payments Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Set, maintain and optimize the process between the merchant and Payment providers;
Design and monitor reports that will help collect relevant data about payment methods and its performance;
Keep up to date with the industry best practices in payments processing and recommend implementations as per the business needs;
Optimization and automation across all payments related verticals (costs, performance and approval rates, user experience etc.);
Develop new operational workflows to increase efficiency across the department;
Provide assistance to Compliance, Marketing, Risk, and Customer Support teams.
Requirements:
Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
Attention to details and accuracy;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Available to work in shifts (including evening shifts) and weekends.
Advantage:
Understanding of the online payments environment;
Previous experience with Zendesk or other ticketing system;
University degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance - would be considered a great advantage);
