In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and proper execution of end-to-end transactional flows related to Payins operations. You will validate, analyze, and monitor reconciliation processes, proactively identifying discrepancies and contributing to risk mitigation and operational efficiency in a fast-paced fintech environment.
This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement in agile and high-growth contexts.

What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)

Execute reconciliation processes across the full transactional flow, ensuring proper recording and compliance with audit requirements.
Review automated reconciliation outputs, analyze discrepancies, and identify potential operational or financial risks.
Proactively follow up on open items to ensure processes are completed within committed SLAs.
Identify, report, analyze, and resolve discrepancies detected during reconciliation cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Risk, Product) to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Contribute to continuous process improvement, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in reconciliations, auditing (internal or external), business assurance, or Finance/Operations roles in multinational environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis.
Ability to adapt quickly to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, data handling, reporting).
Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

● Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or high-volume transactional environments.
● Experience working with payment processors or gateways.
● Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, or risk controls.
● Experience with automation tools (e.g., scripting, process automation, or workflow tools).
● Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
● Experience participating in process optimization or operational efficiency initiatives.
● Exposure to ERP systems or financial systems.
