Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and process-driven Payments Analyst to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our global transaction flows. In this role, you will drive the daily execution of the payment lifecycle, from monitoring high-volume queues and executing cross-border FX transactions to allocating liquidity for Safeguarding runs. You will serve as the vital link between our front and back-office teams, resolving complex investigations and ensuring our operations run seamlessly against strict deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the daily execution of cross-border payments and FX transactions accurately, adhering to strict deadlines and internal policies.

• Monitoring payment queues, tracking, and prioritising tasks to ensure timely processing and optimal team performance.

• Executing crucial operational tasks including allocating liquidity for payment processing and performing daily Safeguarding runs.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for internal communication between front and back-office teams to ensure smooth payment operations.

• Investigating, following up, and resolving client inquiries and problems through effective communication with clients, banks, and internal staff.

What You Need

• 2 - 4 years of related experience within the fintech, financial services, or payments industry.

• Precision and a focus on accuracy in payment processing and high-volume transaction environments.

• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines through effective workload organisation and prioritisation.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the capability to engage seamlessly with staff and business partners at all levels.

• Demonstrated expertise in analytical and problem-solving skills to assist with corrections and remediations.

• Comfortable with the working hours: 2 PM – 11 PM EAT
