YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

The Payments Administrator is a key member of the Accounting team and supports administrative functions across Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Central Records departments. This is a dynamic and highly collaborative role that contributes to maintaining efficiency and organization within our workflows.

• Play a central role in business operations by managing electronic payments, check processing, vendor records, and high-volume document workflows that keep multiple departments running smoothly.

• Work across key finance and records teams including Tax, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Central Records, with opportunities to support special projects, process improvements, and system initiatives.

• Bring your organization and professionalism to a fast-paced environment where accuracy, discretion, strong communication, and attention to detail are highly valued at Prometheus Real Estate Group.

Our Payments Administrator possesses the following experience, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree preferred

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business office environment preferred

• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

• Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across a team

• You are not afraid to break norms, create new things, and think differently. In fact, it’s kind of what you are known for

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation

• Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.25 per hour
