About the role:
 
As a Payment Process Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing daily payment transactions across multiple payment methods. You ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency within our payment flows while safeguarding financial integrity.
Working closely with Accounting, Tech, Operations, and external Payment Service Providers, you act as a key interface for payment-related topics within the organization. In close collaboration with the Senior Payment Process Analyst, you contribute to continuous improvements and support the implementation of new payment solutions and system changes.
About Your Tasks
• Monitor and analyze daily payment transactions across multiple payment methods.
• Reconcile payment data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate booking in financial systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tech, Operations, and external Payment Service Providers.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within payment processes.
• Prepare reports and KPI analyses and support the implementation of new payment methods or system changes.
About you:
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• First professional experience in payment processing, finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Confident handling of data and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
