Payment Operations Specialist

We are developing and expanding our Payments Department team in Cyprus due to the increasing number of clients and business needs.

Experienced candidates will be considered with priority;  we are also open to considering candidates for a junior position if they are familiar with payment processes or have experience in related fields.

Responsibilities:

To analyze, identify, prioritize and solve payments operations issues

To negotiating with banks, payment systems and internal departments regarding issues resolutions

To execute some manual payment operations

To participate in client’s documents and accounts verification

To bring new ideas and instruments and to improve payment processes and customer experience

Required:

Cyprus or EU citizenship or a Spouse visa

Experience in payment operations or customer support in payments solutions and financial services

Excellent knowledge of English and Russian

Previous experience in Forex companies will be considered as an advantage

Computer proficiency
