We are looking for a Payment Business Development Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Finance&Business Development department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements:
What Makes You Special?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or a directly related role within the payments.
• Experience in building partnerships with banks, payment providers, and fintech companies
• Knowledge of online payments, e-wallets, virtual POS, card-based transactions, and alternative payment methods (BNPL, digital wallets, etc.)
• Strong relationship management skills with financial institutions and payment partners
• Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis to identify payment technology trends and opportunities
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in resolving mismatches, retrievals, chargebacks, and refunds
• Skilled in managing complex processes such as multi-MID setup, routing logic, fallback strategies, and uptime monitoring
• Strong financial acumen to optimize settlement timing, FX conversions, MDR, cross-border fees, and value-added services
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working with Finance, Product, Legal, and Operations teams

What Will You Do?

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with banks, payment providers, and fintech companies
• Develop strategies around online payments, e-wallets, virtual POS, card-based transactions, and alternative payment methods
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing payment providers and financial institutions
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to track trends and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance customer payment experiences
• Manage multi-MID setup, routing logic, fallback strategies, and uptime monitoring across banks/PSPs
• Investigate mismatches, retrievals, chargebacks, refunds, and partial captures; coordinate with Finance/Accounting for timely postings
• Optimize settlement timing and FX conversions for TRY and cross-border flows
• Drive cost optimization across MDR, cross-border fees, FX spreads, and value-added services
• Plan and execute card promotions with banks (installments, cashback, coupon budgets, caps, T&Cs, legal approvals)
