Patio Server, Full Time Seasonal (May to September)

What you will be doing:

• Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service to all guests in the patio area
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations when appropriate
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
• Support service operations for the patio food truck, including order coordination, guest interaction, and maintaining service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to enhance the overall experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food truck features, food, wine, and cocktails
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the patio area, food truck station, and service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, food truck, and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including set-up and breakdown of the patio and food truck operations

• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or outdoor dining environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is an asset
• Valid Serving It Right certification required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
