What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact: greet patients warmly, manage check in and check out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and answer calls.
Support new patients: provide clear information, answer questions with confidence, and help people take the next step toward getting the care they need.
Keep the clinic running smoothly: maintain organized records, manage daily schedules, track supplies, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Represent TheraWest well: communicate with kindness, consistency, and integrity in every interaction inside and outside the clinic.
Support a great patient experience: make sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and valued from their first visit to their last.
Who You Are
A friendly, clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Confident guiding conversations and answering questions.
Highly organized and comfortable managing a busy front desk.
Professional, dependable, and a strong team player.
Comfortable with scheduling software, phones, and office systems.
