Patient Services Representative

Rocky Mountain Medical Center is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty practice as a Patient Services Representative within our Medical Billing Department.

This position plays a key role in supporting front-end financial operations, including patient payments, account inquiries, and daily cash handling. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process patient and insurance payments accurately and efficiently

Balance and reconcile cash drawer on a daily basis

Prepare and complete daily deposits

Sort and distribute incoming mail

Respond to patient account inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous medical office or billing experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Flexibility required to work until 5:30 PM when coverage is needed.

No nights or weekends
