The Role
Join our mission-driven team as a full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in connecting eligible patients with potentially life-changing clinical trials. Working remotely, you'll use your communication skills and relationship-building expertise to reach out to prospective participants, educate them about research opportunities, and guide them through the initial screening process.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential clinical trial participants using provided contact lists
Explain clinical trial opportunities in clear, accessible language while following regulatory guidelines
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess participant eligibility
Follow up with interested candidates and facilitate next steps
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and outcomes
Collaborate with site teams to ensure seamless patient handoff and enrollment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare-related outbound calling
Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable discussing medical topics and research concepts with diverse populations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish mandatory
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or database systems
