We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Services Executive to join our clinic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from consultation to follow-up. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns, coordinating appointments, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. This position requires a professional who is empathetic, organized, and capable of handling patient interactions with care and confidence.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and appointment requests in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM databases regularly
• Provide counseling and guidance regarding services and treatment processes
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through proactive communication and support
• Assist in day-to-day clinic operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Follow up with patients post-consultation or treatment to ensure continued engagement

• 1–2 years of experience in patient care, healthcare coordination, or a related field
• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
