Coordinate patient appointments within dental providers schedules and treatment room availability.
Qualifications:
Experience in a dental office, knowledge of dental insurance a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
