Randstad in Williamson County has 18 Medical Collections Openings to start on April 25th!

These positions will require some healthcare related experience, for these temp- to - hire opportunities that will pay $15 an hour and will be working with a new division of a leading healthcare company.

If you are looking to help others, and have good customer service skills, this is an excellent career opportunity for you!

In this role, you will be contacting and consulting with patients and family to set up payment plans that will work to assist with billing.

These positions are full time and Hours of Operations are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Employees are asked to be flexible with regard to working any shift during these hours.

Primary Duties:

- Contacting customers through a variety of methods, to include email, form letters, and calls to negotiate payments and resolve billing accounts

- Handle unresolved inquiries and issues

- Prepare and submit reports for proposed payment methods

- Research and document information with regard to status, and conversations regarding billing

Requirements:

- At least one year of medical related experience- medical office, or customer service related is required as well as strong communication skills

- Good data entry skills

- The desire to help others

Candidates must be able to meet with our office this week at our Cool Springs location, and must be available to interview with Client Company at our office the following week either Wednesday April 13th or Thursday April 14th.
