Job Description

Patient Care Specialist (Full-Time)

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Patient Care Specialist para coordinar y gestionar citas de podología. Serás la voz cálida y el apoyo principal de nuestros pacientes, garantizando un proceso de atención ágil, organizado y humano desde el primer contacto.
Detalles de la Vacante
Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 11:00 AM a 8:00 PM.
Modalidad: Presencial.

📌 Responsabilidades Principales
Gestión de Citas: Programar y coordinar agendas a través de teléfono, email, mensajes y plataformas digitales.
Seguimiento: Confirmar, reprogramar y realizar el seguimiento post-visita de los pacientes.
Registro de Datos: Mantener información precisa y actualizada en sistemas EMR/CRM.
Enlace de Comunicación: Servir como puente entre pacientes y clínicas, brindando información clara y oportuna.
Gestión de Casos: Escalar inquietudes clínicas o administrativas al departamento correspondiente cuando sea necesario.
Optimización: Contribuir activamente a la reducción de no-shows y fortalecer la retención de pacientes.
Cumplimiento: Seguir estrictamente las normativas de privacidad y estándares HIPAA.

🎯 Requisitos
Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (B2+ o C1).
Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia previa en el sector Healthcare (Salud).
Habilidades: Excelente comunicación, empatía y capacidad de organización.
