We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and behavioral health services, helping patients discover their purpose and build a healthy community. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic medical setting. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be trained to support the professional medical staff and help manage clinic operations. Key responsibilities include:
Patient Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
Collecting Vitals & Patient Information: Take and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate) and gather essential patient information.
Phone Handling & Patient Interaction: Answer phone calls, assist patients with inquiries, and provide direction as needed.
Patient Registration: Admit and register patients into the clinic system, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Data & Record Keeping: Accurately input patient data into the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system and maintain updated patient files.
Facility Maintenance: Assist with building upkeep, cleaning, and ensuring the clinic environment is safe and welcoming.
Communication with Medical Staff: Relay information between patients and medical providers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient care.
Customer Service & Patient-Centered Care: Provide exceptional service to patients by assisting with inquiries, directing them to appropriate services, and fostering a compassionate and supportive clinic atmosphere.
Crisis Management & De-escalation: Demonstrate competency in verbal de-escalation, crisis intervention techniques, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Regulatory Compliance: Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and a safe work environment.
Additionally, employees will be expected to develop a high-level understanding of:
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Harm Reduction and Low Barrier/High Access Treatment
Patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
Safety practices (OSHA)
Crisis Intervention and De-escalation
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous Experience: Experience in a medical clinic or addiction treatment setting is preferred. However, willingness to learn and grow in the field is equally valued.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience can substitute for educational requirements in some cases.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with office software and EHR systems.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the clinic.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Dependability: Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license is required.

Rover Position for Denver Region (Denver downtown, Englewood)
Compensation: This position's pay range is $19-$24/hr, dependent on location, education, experience and internal equity.

Work Location:
In-person at our clinic location.
