The Patient Care Associate is a vital member of our field operations team, serving as the welcoming face of our front lobby and ensuring each patient’s experience begins with warmth and professionalism. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing check-in and check-out, and verifying patient information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
We are seeking a candidate who is not only adept at accurately scheduling and confirming appointments but also passionate about delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of handling high-volume calls, managing complex patient schedules in alignment with individualized care plans, and thoughtfully coordinating follow-up appointments. Exemplary phone etiquette and clear, compassionate communication are essential.

This role might require travel to our other local clinics only when business needs require it.
A minimum of 6 months' experience in a clinical setting is required.
Travel between clinics may be required per business needs. Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (negotiable with verified extensive experience).
Bilingualism is highly preferred but not required.

Demonstrates skills in accuracy and multitasking while working to impact progress within the daily workload and adhere to internal deadlines.
Demonstrates a high comfort level in working with large volumes of data.
Maintains confidentiality when managing patient data (HIPAA Guidelines)
Professionally communicates with patients via phone or email.
Ask questions and listen attentively to serve potential new patients better.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical hospital or clinic is required.
Familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks a bonus
Successfully pass a standard Universal Background Check
