What You'll Do: As a Patient Accounts Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Bookkeeping Department. Your responsibilities will include:

· Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility accurately and efficiently.

· Assisting with obtaining prior authorizations for procedures and surgeries.

· Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries.

· Reviewing and process collection adjustments as needed.

· Assisting with insurance audits, including documentation review and follow-up.

· Providing support to the Bookkeeping team and assisting with additional tasks as assigned.

· On-the-job training provided.
